The Future Bake Australia online store only delivers to Australian physical addresses (no post office boxes) – we do not deliver internationally.
Our online store ships orders via Australia Post – Parcel Post – With Signature On Delivery. Please ensure a signatory is available at the delivery address during normal business hours. If no one is home, Australia Post will leave a card, to collect your order at a nearby post office. If you work during business hours at another location, you may wish to consider using your work address for delivery.
If for any reason we are unable to ship via Australia Post, at our discretion we may use Toll or an alternative parcel service.
For all orders over $80, no shipping fee applies. For orders under $80, a flat fee of $10 applies.
Express Shipping is presently not available. As a guide, please refer to the following table for approximate delivery time frames:
Melbourne: 2 – 4 days Delivery
Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, Hobart, Adelaide: 4 – 6 days Delivery
Perth, Darwin: 5 – 7 days Delivery
Any orders placed over the weekend or public holiday(s), are processed on the next business day. Orders are processed upon receipt of full payment.
We aim to ship orders within 2 business days of ordering. Future Bake Australia can’t be held responsible for any delays outside of our immediate control. Future Bake Australia cannot guarantee delivery by the expected date, nor is it responsible for any goods that are either not received or damaged in transit. In these cases, you will need to resolve directly with Australia Post or the selected fulfilment service.
2. RETURNS POLICY
Future Bake Australia handles consumer returns and refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
If you wish to return your order, please contact Future Bake Australia Pty Ltd within 14 days of purchase on 03 8774 2833 or email@example.com, with your reason for return. In the event we are unable to assist you or resolve the matter, we will advise on the Returns Procedure, and process a refund in accordance with our policies.
If 14 days pass since your purchase, your order and product received will be deemed to have been accepted by you and that you waive your right to dispute or reject the product, unless it relates to a legitimate claim to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
All returns are to be sent, by recorded delivery, to our trading address of 154-156 Browns Road (Cnr Summit Road), Noble Park VIC 3174. The sender will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
Returned product must be unused, in its original unopened packaging (with any seal intact), and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new. We will process the refund using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. Refunds will be processed with 14 days, for the full original purchase price minus the original shipping fee.
In circumstances where product is returned in breach of this Policy, and there are no legal rights to return the product, Future Bake Australia:
(a) Will not refund or exchange the product;
(b) May retain the returned product until such time additional payment is made to have the product re-delivered; and
(c) May destroy or otherwise dispose of any returned product, as its sole discretion and without any liability, in matters where such additional payment is not received within 14 days of issuing a request for payment notice.
3. PAYMENT & SECURITY
Our online store utilises the PayPal Payment System. Once logged into PayPal, you can make a PayPal payment, or pay via Mastercard, VISA and American Express card.
So you can purchase with confidence, the online store has highly secure GeoTrust data encryption (up to 256 bit encryption) to secure user's personal details and credit card information. Whilst we have taken all reasonable efforts to safeguard information, there can be no guarantees that transmissions over the internet are entirely secure. Please contact your financial institution immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use.
