This recipe by @nourishandflourishsyd includes the Start Me Up Buckinis Cranberry cookies.
“Breakfast that tastes like dessert. This Vanilla cinnamon spiced overnight is made by simply adding milk and let sit in the fridge overnight! It’s packed with protein, healthy fats and I also added marine collagen for an extra boost! I topped it off with a homemade 2-ingredient chai-spiced caramel (recipe below) which brings this oatmeal to the next level. I used a loose leaf Honey Chai blend which is made with black tea, coconut sugar and authentic blend of chai spices, simmered with soy milk until thickened! Topped with vegan cookie crumbles, fresh fruits and puffed barley.
1 sachet Vanilla Cinnamon Overnight Oats (or sub with 1/2 cup oats)
3/4 cup soy milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
Optional 1 serve Glow Elixr
Chai Caramel: Mix equal amount of Loose Leaf Honey Chai and Soy milk together, bring to a boil in a saucepan then simmer until thickened.
Toppings: Chai Caramel, blueberries, puffed barley, Buckinis Cranberry vegan cookies, passionfruit”.
