How about trying these incredible vegan, no-bake, zesty lemon custard bars!
Featuring a creamy, melt-in-your-mouth lemon custard layer and chewy base.
Topped with Start Me Up Buckinis Cranberry cookie crumbles.
Base: 1 cup dates + 2 cups oats + splash of coconut oil to form a dough
Filling: heat in a saucepan until thicken - 1/3 cup lemon juice & zest + 1 cup coconut condensed milk + 1/4 cup arrowroot powder/corn starch
Optional: vanilla protein
