Recipe: PUMPKIN-FILLED BLINIS

The Start Me Up Turmeric Latter cookies were used as a topping.  

 

BLINIS (made 3, 1/4 cup batter at a time)
Oil for pan
1/3 cup flour of choice (used Cauliflower flour)  
1 tsp pumpkin spice or cinnamon (used Granola Spice)
3 tbsp vegan protein or more flour plus sweetener (used Caramelised Popcorn )
1/2 cup Chamomile almond milk 
1 tbsp sweetener of choice
1 tsp baking powder

Fillings: coconut yogurt + roasted pumpkin cubes

Additional Topping: Golden Granola
