'These Pandan flavoured pancakes are so soft and fluffy, paired with maple syrup, salted caramel ice-cream and cookie crumbles. They are also sugar-free & gluten-free thanks to the pancake mix and sugar-free maple syrup. Simply add water to the shaker bottle and cook on an oiled pan! I also added a scoop of vanilla protein for an extra protein & flavour boost.

3/4 cup Pancake mix 
1 scoop vanilla protein
3/4 cup milk/ water
1 tbsp Pandan powder

Topping: maple syrup + salted caramel ice-cream +
